Every student studying at the institute is expected to cooperate in maintaining a healthy environment and to conduct their student life with self-respect.

Code of Conduct

General Rules & Regulations

  • 1. Prescribed Uniform

    Students must wear the prescribed uniform at all times.

  • 2. Rules Compliance

    Students are expected to observe all rules and regulations of the College, Hospital and University, as well as the hostel regulations. College rules and hostel regulations must be followed.

  • 3. Practical Training

    All students will undergo practical training in affiliated hospitals, health centres and specialty centres.

  • 4. Nursing Duties

    Students will undertake all types of nursing duties in clinical areas and must follow the rules and instructions of both the College and Hospital authorities.

  • 5. Class Attendance

    Students shall not attend classes other than their own without prior permission from the Principal.

  • 6. Collections & Contributions

    No collection of contributions by students for any purpose whatsoever is allowed without prior permission of the Principal.

  • 7. Zero Tolerance for Ragging

    Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in the college and on the campus. See our Anti-Ragging Policy for full details.

  • 8. Declaration on Joining

    At the time of joining, students are required to submit a declaration letter stating that if found guilty of any kind of ragging activity, they will be liable to suspension.

  • 9. Mobile Phones

    Use of mobile phones is forbidden in classrooms, the library and clinical areas.

  • 10. Library Rules

    Library rules must be strictly followed at all times.

  • 11. Extracurricular Activities

    Besides curricular activities, students are expected to participate in all extracurricular activities organized by the College.

  • 12. Attendance Requirement

    A minimum of 80% attendance in theory and practical classes is compulsory for appearing in examinations. Students must also have 100% attendance in each practical area before being awarded the degree.

  • 13. Discontinuation Policy

    If a student decides to discontinue training for any reason, or if management asks a student to discontinue due to disciplinary action, the student will be required to compensate for the loss caused by vacating the seat mid-session.

  • 14. Refund Policy

    A student who discontinues the course after admission will not be entitled to a refund of amounts already paid or deposits made to the institution.
